Follow the Global Procurement governance in all projects, adhering to GPPM (Global Procurement Policy Manual). Follow the CRMC (Contract Risk Management Committee) process. Develop strong partnerships with category stakeholders to understand business needs. Engage senior leaders for escalation when necessary. Manage ethical and professional relationships with vendors. Support global and regional initiatives aligned with annual goals. Support procurement risk assessments and mitigation plans. Respond promptly to spot requests from Divisional or Global organizations. Adopt the company's new ways of working and FEED principles (Focus, Empowered, Experimental, Digital). Support Global E2E Supply & Services Procurement, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and project management. Lead global contract negotiations and ensure effective contract management in Ariba. Support tactical and strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFIs and RFQs. Contribute to Capital Strategy development with data analytics and insights. Support IP transformational initiatives and achieve savings and simplification goals. Develop global category strategies and engage with the IP network. Collaborate with stakeholders across the supply chain and lead SRM programs. Lead QBRs for key suppliers and support procurement digital transformation. Conduct spend analysis and support reporting on KPIs. Ensure compliance with P2P processes and improve vendor payment procedures. Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, or manufacturing. Strong business analysis skills, proficient in digital tools, data analysis, and decision-making. Proficient in Microsoft and Google tools. Project management experience, especially in equipment/technology purchases and real estate procurement. Strategic mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to build relationships. Experience working cross-functionally and cross-regionally. Procurement experience in FMCG preferred. Benefits
