Overview
The Completion Engineer drives well delivery by designing and executing safe, cost-effective completion programs. You’ll oversee perforation strategies, frac fluid design, sand logistics, and post-frac flowback analysis. This position partners closely with production and reservoir teams to ensure long-term well integrity and optimize recovery. A successful candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on field experience, and a mindset for continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Engineer completion and stimulation programs to maximize production Lead equipment selection, fluid design, and stimulation optimization Integrate real-time frac data for performance benchmarking Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering 5–10 years of completion engineering experience (unconventionals preferred) Strong knowledge of stimulation design, wireline, and workover operations Proficiency in WellCat, FracPro, or similar modeling tools Understanding of regulatory and HSE compliance standards About Us
