Summary: We are actively seeking a Certified/Experienced Diesel Technician to join our high-performing Service Department at Ford of Kirkland. We are a Top-Rated automotive dealership located in Kirkland, WA, with multiple Ford President’s Award wins for customer satisfaction and recognition as a top dealership in the area.
Position overview: Diagnose and repair diesel engines in Ford trucks and commercial vehicles. Strong mechanical/diagnostic skills and a commitment to high-quality service are required. Opportunities for continued education and advancement within a team-focused, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel engines and related systems.
Perform inspections, routine maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs.
Use factory-level diagnostic equipment and tools.
Accurately complete repair orders and documentation.
Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Pay Range: Make $125,000 to $200,000 annually. In addition, we offer:

Qualifications
Ford Diesel Certification or equivalent ASE certifications preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of diesel technician experience.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
