This role will include fittings, sewing on the machine, building client relationships and supporting the tailor shop manager. This is a full time role in New York City, Brooklyn, Hoboken, NJ and Greenwich, CT with salary, full benefits, and opportunities for future growth. Responsibilities
Maintain a professional, warm, welcoming studio environment Conduct fittings according to the Alteration Specialists Standard Build relationships with clients, influencers, brands and stylists Make every client feel welcome, and confident in the skills of you and your team Demonstrate that you are meeting personal production targets Cultivate proficiency with mens, womens, and bridal alterations as well as alterations of difficult fabrics Constantly be evaluating processes that are not efficient and come up with solutions to better optimize our organization Inform front desk of all re-alterations Keep track of and scan your production during the day and communicate with front desk to confirm accuracy Attributes

7-10 years of alteration tailoring experience required 2-3 years of general fitting experience required 1 year of fitting both men's and women's garments required Proficiency in English required Why the Role is Compelling

Compensation
Range is from $18/hour- $35/hour Standard/Basic Tailors are between $18-$24/hour Intermediate from $25-$30/hour Advanced $30-35/hour Seniority level
