Transmission Calibration Engineer The Global Transmission Calibration Engineer will play an integral role in developing the customer driving experience and optimizing fuel economy. Key Activities Include But Not Limited To
Developing, verifying, and releasing transmission calibrations for automatic transmission applications Performing hands-on, in-vehicle calibration development work Supporting test trips to verify proper transmission operation across environmental conditions and other powertrain development activities Coordinating activities of global teams conducting various vehicle development tasks for global markets Working with in-vehicle test instrumentation, ETAS-INCA calibration tools, and mathematical analysis tools such as Matlab Managing transmission calibration project deliverables with a global team Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related automotive experience (University SAE or similar experience acceptable) Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Desire to perform in-vehicle testing and analysis work Willingness to work with global teams Open to experienced candidates and new graduates Onsite at client location, 3-5 days per week V2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
