What You'll Do: Secure financing and leasing solutions for customers through our network of lenders Present aftermarket products to customers with transparency and enthusiasm Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Maximize dealership profitability while delivering a top-tier customer experience Collaborate with the sales team to drive performance and close deals efficiently We Offer: Competitive compensation plans with performance-based bonuses Full benefits package including health, dental, 401(k), and paid vacation Team-oriented environment A family-owned business with nearly 70 years of success in the Fairfax community Requirements: Proven experience as a Finance Manager in a franchised automotive dealership Strong knowledge of F&I laws, lending options, and product presentations Excellent communication and leadership skills CDK experience required.
