We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. However, maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

What you will do
Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.
Ensure customers have a great first and last impression.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures and using approved chemicals and equipment.
Maintains a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Environmental Sustainability Program.
Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies; rotates and stores chemicals properly and places orders to replenish stock when low.

Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may include premiums, paid for schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (ranges from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour where applicable).
