About the Role We are seeking a motivated Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This exciting opportunity is specifically designed for Emirati nationals looking to kickstart their career in the field of engineering. As a Graduate FLS Engineer, you will be involved in various aspects of field level systems and services, contributing to innovative projects and gaining valuable industry experience.

Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of field level systems and services

Analyze data and generate reports to support engineering decisions and project progress

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and improve engineering processes

Participate in on‑site inspections and troubleshooting activities

Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation and project proposals

Support senior engineers in project management tasks and client communications

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of engineering

Adhere to UAE industrial standards and regulations in all project activities

What do we need from you

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

UAE national certification or proof of Emirati citizenship (with Family Book)

Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent technical writing and communication abilities

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Basic understanding of field level systems or services in engineering

Knowledge of UAE industrial standards and regulations

Internships or co‑op experiences in related fields (preferred)

Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Willingness to participate in on‑site activities and field work
