We are seeking an onsite
Senior Program Quality Engineer
(PQE) to serve within the Advanced Technology Team. You will develop and monitor quality metrics to drive proactive continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with integrated teams to further the success of the program. You will support development, production and hardware sell-off, engage labs, factories and suppliers, implement quality processes to meet program milestones, and participate in design verification tests, qualification efforts, demonstration tests, flight test events, and supplier engagement. What You Will Do Serve as a member of the Program team, ensuring successful program performance and conformity to requirements through collaboration and adherence to processes. Lead integration and implementation of cross-functional teams to align with quality and customer requirements per the program quality plan. Serve as a program quality liaison across customers (e.g., DCMA/USG) and internal sites as first responder for quality issues related to production products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and implement quality improvement strategies. Review and approve changes to the technical data package, assign actions, and complete them in a timely manner (peer reviews, ERB/CCB, design reviews). Engage at strategic and tactical levels, focusing on quality, cost and schedule performance, early engagement, influencing, and delivering differentiating quality value. Monitor/lead RCCA and FRACAS activities for systemic issues and ensure robust corrective actions. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least five (5) years of relevant experience. Experience supporting design and/or manufacturing processes. Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems. Experience in failure and root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action. Working experience in engineering concepts and design analysis techniques.
