$85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Position Requirements & Responsibilities

The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for the on-site technical consulting of Viewrail products, performing site measurements as needed and guiding certified installers with routine onsite training. The position will require travel throughout a territory in order to service customers across a broad range of markets. Travel will also require warranty solutions and technical skill to complete projects as needed. Responsibilities
Work alongside Project Management, Design, and Customer service teams to work with local certified installers and customers to create exceptional spaces. Assist in recruiting and vetting new certified installers in the field that meet our company expectations. Working alongside partner development teams and resources Stay up to date on current and new product training, providing solutions via phone or on-site consultation. Stay up to date with Design and Project Management Processes to better service the customer & install partners on projects Provide expertise, hands-on skill, or other problem solving solutions to service Warranty related items. Work alongside development & products teams to provide routine product training to in-house employees and field certified installers. Provide expert skills and feedback on new product designs in the field. Using field experience to better our product, and end user experience. Use a hands-on approach to ensure trained installers will have the skillset to perform work when needed. Maintain company tools, and keep up company vehicle maintenance. Utilize project software, and documentation tools to organize work All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned. Desired Traits
