Job Summary
As an Engineer - Design, you will work in cross-disciplinary teams within various projects. You will support the development, integration, and implementation of technical solutions and compliance documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant customer, regulatory, and airworthiness requirements within the project schedule and manufacturing constraints. This is a hybrid position with travel required as needed (up to 20%). Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and verify technical solutions and compliance documentation to meet all relevant requirements within project constraints. Identify technical problems and apply or integrate solutions. Execute and implement method plans, toolsets, and approaches to achieve design and program objectives. Support the creation of technical solutions for bids and proposals within assigned programs/projects. Assess technical risks and propose mitigations. Support or generate test specifications and plans to demonstrate design compliance with certification requirements. Develop designs compliant with cost and manufacturing requirements, including DFMA and design-to-cost principles. Create detailed design definitions, including interfaces, dimensions, materials, parts, manufacturing processes, assemblies, and tolerances. Generate project deliverables, documents, and reports. Support technical customer reviews and prepare technical data and presentations. Perform activities with minimal supervision and support peer reviews. Identify improvements and support the creation of work instructions, procedures, and manuals. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. 3+ years of relevant design experience using CAD software such as UG, NX, or Catia, preferably within aerospace and multidisciplinary projects. Ability to perform work subject to ITAR regulations and program requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications
Strong cooperation, networking, and teamwork skills. Experience in the aerospace engines industry. Experience with new product development and aftermarket support. Ability to act independently within defined procedures. Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and customer interaction. Knowledge of Lean principles. Ability to interpret customer requirements. Awareness of other functions like Design, Operations, and Supplier Management. Support for budget compliance. Experience working in cross-cultural teams.
