P&P Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
支持生产尤其是工业线（P&P）的生产，监控生产小组的日/周产量、效率和质量，并对没达标的问题点立即实施纠正措施。 / Support production especially for P&P with monitor daily/weekly output/efficiency/quality by production group and implement corrective action immediately. 根据计划部门的总计划落实每日在生产现场的执行计划，并制作产量分析报告和持续改善方案。 / Implement the daily production execution plan in accordance with the overall plan of the planning department, and prepare the output analysis report and continuous improvement plan. 协助生产经理指导精益生产，确保产品按时、优质生产，保证生产的成本效益最大化。 / Support production manager to guide the lean production to shop floor, making sure that products are produced on time with good quality, ensuring the production with maximum cost effective. 确保一线操作工/班组长和技术人员在他们的职责范围内高效工作。 / Ensure production operators/line leader and technicians are effective and productive in their duties. 监控制造进行中的订单完成情况，以确保生产按计划进行并按时、按质量要求交付。审核班组长工作指令。 / Monitor Work Orders in progress to ensure building to plan and on time delivery with good quality. Review Work Orders with Team Leaders. 支持和协助生产经理检查返工原因，并简要说明解决问题的计划。 / Support and assist production manager to review causes of rework and brief the trouble-shooting plan. 评估和指导班组长/一线操作工的日常工作状况并及时纠正。 / Appraise and direct Team Leaders/Operators daily working status and correct them immediately . 确保物料的精确流动和准时入库。 / Make sure the accurate material flow and finish good entering the warehouse on time . 为所有生产人员准备培训计划,短期培训和长期培训。 / Prepare training plans for all production personnel，Short-term training and long-term training. 确保生产区域的健康和安全,协调WIP内务调查并快速实施纠正措施确。 / Ensure Health and Safety in the production area. Coordinating WIP housekeeping surveys and implements corrective action quickly. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作任务。 / Others job assigned by supervisor. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1、3年以上外企车间管理经验更佳。 / More than 3 years of workshop management experience in foreign enterprises is preferred. 2、拥有基本的生产/过程控制分析技能。 / With the basic production/process control analysis skills. 3、具备一定的精益生产经验，较强的协调沟通能力 / Has some lean management experience ,strong coordination and communication skills 4、英语听说读写能力如果有会更好。 / It would be better if one had the ability to listen, speak, read and write in English. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
工程类专业大专毕业 / Engineering junior college Degree or above
