Process Development Engineer

to improve how we work—designing, streamlining, and enhancing engineering processes that drive quality and efficiency across our organization. This role strengthens communication between departments, closes process gaps, and ensures high-performance support for new and existing products. What You’ll Do

Process Development & Optimization: Design and document engineering process flows tailored to team and organizational needs Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality Systems Improvement: Support implementation of new systems and upgrades that enhance collaboration and reduce errors Maintain and improve key engineering processes, including: Connector development, Mold development, Automation development, First Article Inspection (FAI), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) Product & Process Support: Manage first article disposition for production products; Track part revisions and maintain detailed records for internal and external molds Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze engineering process data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For

B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering preferred) 2–5 years’ experience in process improvement, manufacturing, quality, or operations engineering Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI, Tableau) Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills Team-oriented, detail-driven, and proactive Details
