This 6-month paid co-op opportunity is for undergraduate students (BS) pursuing mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, engineering science, biomedical engineering, or related fields. Location: Reedsville, Pennsylvania. Your Role
Aids in the management of a dedicated departmental support process with direct impact on Philips med-tech products by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations; demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills. Supports day-to-day activities of a department, including hands-on, operational tasks essential for maintaining production flow, ensuring product quality, and managing inventory; exercises autonomy within established procedures. Conducts research on requested topics by investigating current trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscape to support project direction. Analyzes data related to departmental projects to identify trends and anomalies and deliver actionable recommendations for data-informed decision-making. Participates in team meetings, contributes ideas, and captures detailed minutes to reflect discussions, decisions, and action items. You're The Right Fit If
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Science, or Biomedical Engineering. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent with MS Office software. Experience with statistics is a plus. Must be able to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this office/remote position, with or without accommodations. How We Work Together

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $29.00, plus overtime eligible. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, location, and internal equity. Additional Information
US work authorization is required. Philips will not sponsor work visas now or in the future. Relocation benefits are not provided for this position. You must reside in or within commuting distance to Reedsville. This requisition is posted for 45 days and may close earlier.
