This role requires employees to be able to obtain an ATF Explosives Employee Possessor approval. This requires the completion of the Explosives Employee Possessor Questionnaire, ATF Form 5400.28.
This form has several Yes/No questions about the individual's background, including
Are you under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could imprison you for more than one year? Or are you a current member of the military who has been charged with violation(s) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and whose charge(s) have been referred to a general court-martial? Have you ever been convicted in any court, including a military court, for a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could have imprisoned you for more than one year, even if you received a shorter sentence, including probation?

Main Duties
Oversee and supervise the wireline operations on a well site
Ensure JSA’s, field tickets, and all associated paperwork are up to date
Interact and communicate with well site leaders and safety representatives
Operate wireline unit and ensure crew maintains and services equipment
Transport crew and downhole tools to and from well sites
Maintain proper shipping papers for hazardous materials
Report to management on daily operations
