About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead and manage quality control processes across our construction delivery portfolio. This role is critical in driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement within our quality program. Unlike a traditional QA/QC inspector, the QCM is a leadership role responsible for the oversight, auditing, and enforcement of quality control processes—not only within our organization, but also across General Contractors (GCs) and trade partners. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with data center or complex infrastructure construction, has strong working knowledge of industry standards and quality systems, and can balance field execution oversight with robust documentation and reporting discipline. You will be instrumental in ensuring deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks, regulatory standards, and client expectations Job Responsibilities: Quality Program Leadership: Own and execute the Quality Control Plan across multiple active construction sites, adapting to project phases and site-specific requirements. GC Oversight & Audits: Conduct recurring quality audits of General Contractor and subcontractor work, focusing on both field execution and documentation practices. Provide actionable feedback and drive corrective actions where necessary. Documentation Compliance: Ensure proper and timely submission of all required QC documentation including inspection reports, test records, deficiency logs, corrective actions, and as-built packages. Verify compliance with contractual and regulatory standards. Process Development & Enforcement: Standardize and implement QC processes and templates across projects. Provide training and mentorship to site teams and GCs to align with quality expectations. Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Safety, Commissioning, Design Engineering, and Construction Management to ensure integrated delivery and resolution of quality-related issues. Issue Identification & Resolution: Proactively identify trends, gaps, or recurring issues in GC performance or documentation quality. Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Leverage digital tools such as Procore, BIM360, Bluebeam, or custom dashboards to track, log, and report on quality activities and metrics. Skills: Minimum 7 years of construction quality control experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity. Deep understanding of construction quality standards (e.g., IBC, ASTM, ACI, UFGS, etc.). Experience working in hyperscale data centers, healthcare, clean rooms, or other high-spec environments preferred. Proficiency in digital documentation and reporting tools (Procore, BIM 360, SharePoint, Excel). Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders. Salary Range: $153,000-$174,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
