The role involves facilitating the resolution of issues related to pre and post care in clinical research operations, performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, patient record management, and providing professional assistance to patients and staff. Responsibilities
Manage patient expectations and information, including demographic and insurance data. Answer calls, triage, and direct inquiries, ensuring effective communication. Coordinate with clinical staff and manage patient appointments, including VIP and international patients. Maintain accurate records, scan documents, and handle medical records requests. Assist with scheduling and capacity management, ensuring seamless clinical and administrative operations. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Skills in data entry, effective communication, and data analysis. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, and weekends. Additional Information
