Teach and mentor - Lead hands-on training in fully equipped facilities, develop curriculum, and guide students from enrollment through certification Build relationships - Recruit students throughout Denver and develop partnerships with local employers to meet their training and hiring needs Represent the program - Attend industry events, work with organizations like SkillsUSA and NATE, and stay current with evolving HVAC technologies Drive results - Ensure program success through strategic planning, student placement, and meeting contractual expectations Qualifications
5+ years as an HVAC Technician with EPA 608 certification 3+ years of leadership experience 3+ years in account management or partnership development Strong communication skills and passion for teaching High school diploma or GED Why Join Us?
