Lead strategic program execution and manage cross-functional teams for transformation initiatives Oversee a team responsible for enterprise and divisional initiatives, ensuring effective project delivery Develop presentations and updates for senior leadership on program progress and challenges Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration Innovate and improve program management practices to enhance overall effectiveness What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management Strong understanding of program management metrics and financial analysis Experience in leading large, cross-functional projects and managing successful teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
