Lead strategic program execution and manage cross-functional teams for transformation initiatives Oversee a team of program management resources ensuring effective delivery of enterprise and divisional initiatives Develop senior-level presentations and communicate program updates to senior leadership Guide and mentor program managers and ensure consistency in program management services Establish trusted relationships with key partners and manage risks associated with program execution What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management Strong understanding of program management metrics and financial analysis Minimum of 2 large-scale implementations of programs How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading other leaders Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Experience with software transformation programs, particularly Guidewire Strong skills in financial analysis and business case development High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint #Insurance #ProgramManagement #RemoteWork #Leadership #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
