Lead strategic program execution and manage cross-functional teams for transformation initiatives
Oversee a team responsible for enterprise and divisional project management, ensuring effective delivery
Align with business leaders to translate divisional strategies into actionable roadmaps
Develop and present senior-level program updates and presentations to leadership
Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment while mentoring program management resources
What is Required
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in consulting and enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management
Solid understanding of program management principles and methodologies, including Agile
Minimum of 2 large-scale program implementations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3+ years of people leadership experience, with at least 1 year leading other leaders
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
Experience with Software Transformation programs, particularly Guidewire
Strong financial analysis skills and ability to develop/manage business cases
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
