Responsibilities
Lead strategic program execution and manage cross-functional teams for transformation initiatives
Oversee a team responsible for managing the portfolio of enterprise and divisional initiatives
Develop senior-level presentations and communicate program progress to key stakeholders
Guide and mentor Program Managers in collaboration with Product, IT, and other partners
Ensure transparency and effective communication regarding project dependencies and potential risks
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management
Minimum of two large-scale implementations of programs
Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies, including Agile
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading other leaders
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
Experience with Software Transformation programs and Guidewire
Strong financial analysis skills and business case development experience
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
