Position Summary

Project Manager (Water/ Wastewater Plant Construction). Lead the planning, directing, and coordinating of construction activities for industrial projects primarily Water/Wastewater plants, while also managing other facilities such as factories, production facilities, and data centers. The role involves overseeing one large project or multiple smaller projects, ensuring goals are met within time, budget, and funding parameters. Duties & Responsibilities

Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities. Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate boundaries. Confere with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties, and define authority. Develop work plan and staffing for each project phase, arranging recruitment and assignment of personnel. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure schedule and budget compliance. Review project proposal or plan for timeframe, funding limitations, procedures, staffing, and resources. Review status reports and modify schedules/plans as needed. Prepare project reports for management, client, or others. Provide technical advice and resolve problems with project personnel. Coordinate activities with governmental agencies and subcontractors. Analyze and execute CPM‑based project schedules. Monitor construction through on‑site Superintendent to ensure safety, schedule, and budget. Represent company in Owner progress meetings. Manage financial aspects of contracts and oversee project profit or loss. Lead daily field coordination, weekly block schedule, and monthly safety kickoff meetings. Mentor and assist with career development of other team members. Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction. Supervisory Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train, plan, assign, direct, appraise, reward/disciplinary, resolve problems, and address complaints per policies and applicable laws. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. PE credentialing is not required but is a strong plus. 10+ years of experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management. Skills & Abilities

Understand and interpret safety laws and company policies/standards. Apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance. Have thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, and impact on project activities. Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills. Be a business‑oriented person with strong interface and communication abilities. Benefits
