SAIC seeks a highly experienced and energetic Quality Assurance Analyst Sr to support the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of ground-based radars critical to US and Allied strategic missile surveillance, warning, defense, and space surveillance missions, in support of the government customer, the SAIC Program Manager, and the Chief Engineer. This position is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications upon arrival at the warehouse and before reaching end customer. Will conduct quality control actions to detect, document, and help resolve quality issues through systematic testing, measurement, and inspection activities. Performs measurements and tests to verify that products meet specifications and performance criteria. Able to identify non-conforming products, document defects, and initiate corrective action processes. Record inspection results, maintain quality databases, compile test reports, and analyze quality data. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 9 or more years of relevant experience. May consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Secret Clearance required. Ability to use measurement instruments, electronic testing equipment, and read drawings. Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products. Experience generating quality reports and ability to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. DESIRED
Experience in a complex, highly technical and fast-paced environment. Previous Space Force experience preferred. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail while also working towards high-level strategic objectives. Experience managing quality reports, and relevant quality documentation in a Digital Engineering environment such as Confluence and JIRA. Ability to implement and execute statistical sampling plans and quality control procedures. Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
