Senior Project Manager - Government Facilities – Jacobs

Your impact Our Program Management and Construction Management (PM/CM) team delivers projects and programs to achieve client goals, from concept to completion. You will be involved with business development activities and direct client relationships, and you will lead teams across multiple construction programs in an agency CM role. You will provide construction oversight, manage project development from conception through completion, and resolve complex project challenges. You will develop reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, project awards, invoices, budgets, schedules, and project controls. You will apply proven project management techniques to reduce costs and add value, while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll need Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in the AEC industry Strong knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, OSHA 30 Certification Strong people leadership skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships Knowledge of MEP estimating, scheduling and cost control Thorough knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document control, forecast scheduling and costs, change order review, and payment reviews Proactive interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites OSHA 30 certification Ideally, you’ll also have Participation in industry organizations Prior field experience Police/Public Safety experience No sponsorship
