Our Program Management and Construction Management (PM/CM) team works with clients to deliver projects and programs that meet goals. From managing construction to design, solutions are implemented to move a vision from concept to reality. Responsibilities
Manage project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. Provide construction oversight and resolve complex project-related challenges. Analyze and develop reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, project awards, and invoices. Assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, and project controls. Apply proven project management techniques to reduce costs and add value for the client. Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. 8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in the AEC industry. Ability to manage multiple projects using established controls; provide job site leadership in scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with designers, and addressing critical issues. Strong knowledge of pre-design/pre-construction, building systems, contract management, project delivery methods; OSHA 30 Certification. Strong people leadership skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships. Knowledge of MEP estimating, scheduling and cost control. Familiar with RFI tracking, contract document control, forecast scheduling and costs, change order review, and payment reviews. Proactive with interpersonal skills to develop positive relationships. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Preferred
Minimum of 5 years in the role of Assistant Project Manager on large-scale projects above $10 million with comprehensive construction knowledge. Benefits
