We are seeking a high-performing, customer-focused

Home Services Manager

to lead our

residential service technician team , with a strong emphasis on driving sales, real-time coaching, and call-by-call management. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives on increasing revenue per call, building technician skill sets, and cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence. This position

only oversees the service technician department

and works closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimal field performance. Key Responsibilities

Direct and support daily operations of the

service technician team Lead and implement

call-by-call management , providing real-time coaching on job performance, pricing strategy, and ticket maximization Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including close rates, average ticket size, service conversions, and customer satisfaction Conduct daily check-ins and technician huddles to review performance goals and celebrate wins Coach technicians on upsell and cross-sell opportunities through effective scripting and value-based communication Collaborate with dispatch and CSR teams to ensure scheduling efficiency and customer follow-through Respond to escalated service calls to support technicians and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset Review job quality, warranty issues, and completion accuracy to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance development in partnership with HR/recruiting teams Qualifications

3+ years of management or supervisory experience in

residential HVAC ,

plumbing , or

electrical service Proven success in

call-by-call coaching

and driving field sales performance Effective communicator and motivator with a strong coaching mindset Experience with service software (e.g.,

ServiceTitan , Housecall Pro, or similar platforms) Analytical and KPI-focused; capable of making fast, data-driven decisions Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record What We Offer
