About the Job
JSR Strategies is a powerhouse consultant team committed to advancing businesses that prioritize the health and wellbeing of our planet and its people. We work tirelessly to build a world we’re proud of, alongside brilliant, mission‑driven individuals. If you're passionate about sustainability and ready to lead strategic marketing initiatives that make an impact, we’d love to meet you.
Position Overview We’re looking for a Senior Brand/Account Manager who is both a creative strategist and a hands‑on leader. In this role, you’ll guide clients through complex projects—often helping them define their needs—while providing strategic direction on web development, print projects, annual reports, and other marketing initiatives. You’ll be embedded in sustainability‑focused accounts, including Community Choice Aggregators (CCAs) and utility sectors, bringing leadership and deep industry knowledge to the table. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sustainability, can independently lead a website overhaul even when the client is unsure of their goals, and knows how to take charge of print projects from concept to execution.
The base salary for this position is 80,000‑95,000, dependent on experience, plus performance‑based bonuses.
Location: Although this is a largely remote position, this position must be located in California, New York, North Carolina, or Georgia. Travel is required 10‑15% of the year.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex projects, including website overhauls, annual reports, and print collateral, for sustainability‑focused clients
Advise clients on strategic direction and project scope, particularly when they are unsure of their needs
Oversee execution across various deliverables, including websites, print pieces, digital ads, social media content, newsletters, and branded collateral
Manage print projects from start to finish, including coordinating with printers, reviewing proofs, and ensuring quality production
Take the lead on creating and initiating annual report projects—managing timelines, coordinating teams, and guiding content development
Input content and manage SEO using Yoast on WordPress sites built in Elementor
Track and report on project performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Ads
Manage social media content and scheduling via Hootsuite while tracking performance trends
Coordinate project workflows in Monday.com to ensure deadlines are met and communication remains clear
Conduct market research and present insights to clients and internal teams
Write briefs, lead creative sessions, and ensure successful execution of updated strategies
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal staff, and contractors
