Senior Process Improvement Engineer at Sentara Health. Lead process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement. Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of changes. Work closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to other PI Engineers, staff and teams. Monitor the success of implemented process changes, ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement. Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications
5 years of experience in process improvement or healthcare management (strongly preferred). Education: Master Level Degree. Experience: 5 years of Process Improvement strongly preferred; 5 years of Health Care Management strongly preferred. Benefits
