Your new role
As our Sr. Electrical Engineer, you will join our Data Center Facilities design team and work on data center projects with a multidisciplinary engineering and design team. You will help develop leading-edge electrical infrastructure solutions for data centers, including addressing challenges in AI data centers and grid capacity constraints. You will be involved in site selection, environmental and regulatory due diligence, master planning, and commissioning across the project lifecycle. Roles and Responsibilities
Provide electrical data center design and oversight services to internal and external project teams Develop proposals, scopes of work and fees from client information, RFPs, or client meetings Lead electrical engineers and designers in developing conceptual designs, schematic designs, construction designs, and oversee implementation through construction for mission critical facilities Coordinate and manage project engineering teams of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/fire protection engineers and designers Develop or review equipment specifications that meet data center design requirements Prepare or review bid packages and approve submittals Perform needs assessments, due diligence, cost-benefit analyses, failure analyses and total cost of ownership studies Perform power systems analysis for complex facilities and evaluate analyses by others Assist in business development and commissioning activities What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering and design; proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit; ability to draft independently General understanding of electrical systems, building codes, short circuit, coordination and arc flash studies Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 20% (mostly day trips) Professional Engineer licensure (preferred) What we offer

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across U.S. markets. The salary range for this position is $96,677 – $132,931 annually, excluding bonuses, overtime or other compensation. Pay varies by location and experience. Recruiter can share location-specific details during hiring.
