Overview
System Integration Engineer - Medical Device Hardware (Reedsville, PA) As a production focused member of the team, you will contribute to the development and release of Ultrasound innovations, working with Electrical/Mechanical Hardware, Software, and Ultrasound Acoustic Engineering teams to ensure product functionality, performance, and customer quality. Your Role
Coordinate, influence, and implement test and integration planning in support of new ultrasound features and new product releases. Own project integration and product reliability test strategies to ensure successful development and deployment of Ultrasound product development projects. Provide technical leadership with individual project deliverables and status reporting, coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams (electrical hardware, mechanical hardware, software, and ultrasound physics/acoustics). Develop and extend organization approaches and strategies in Systems Engineering/Integration practices. You're The Right Fit If
5+ years in electrical/electromechanical development with a focus on Systems Engineering and product integration and testing in FDA-regulated (ISO 13485) Medical Device development. Experience with displays, PC chipsets, graphics cards, high-speed signal processing, or power supply; ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical problems. Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. Willing to travel 10-20% as needed to Wisconsin. Strong technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and clinical specialists. How We Work Together

The pay range for this position in PA is $99,000 to $158,000. Actual base pay offered may vary within the posted range based on factors including knowledge, experience, business needs, location, and internal equity. Additional compensation such as annual incentive bonuses, and long-term incentives may be offered.
