We will achieve this by: Preparing you for a dynamic career at a pivotal moment in the next manufacturing revolution Teaching you to apply educational theory to manufacturing practice Inspiring you to make an impact by bringing factories to the next level Program Summary:
Our 18-month development program provides participants a full-time operational role, designed to improve their manufacturing skills and exposure to Saint-Gobain North America. Participants will be located at one singular manufacturing plant for 18 months and will be involved with quarterly travel to other Saint-Gobain manufacturing sites in North America. The time split between local site projects and EOM program activities is 80:20 respectively. Classroom-based E-learnings, hands-on action-based learning in operational environments, and networking opportunities accelerate career development. These trainings and quarterly travel opportunities are a requirement for program completion and full participation should be given, except for extenuating circumstances. Start dates vary, but activities kickoff each year in July and end 18 months later in December of the following year. Upon program completion, EOM Engineers will work with our dedicated Human Resources team to find an operational role in one of our nearly 160 sites throughout North America. A final placement is not guaranteed, but most EOM Engineer graduates are able to choose from multiple Saint-Gobain sites for final placement offers. Job Responsibilities
The role duties and responsibilities will vary depending on the location. Examples of specific responsibilities include: Providing engineering support for site process improvements Supporting capital expenditure projects and new equipment installations Supporting safety and sustainability initiatives at the plant Implementing new automation processes at the site Analyzing existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction and quality improvement More information will be provided by the recruiter and hiring manager during the interview process. Exposure
— Every three months, spend approximately one week at a different plant in North America with the EOM Cohort to learn about our businesses, products, and operations and build camaraderie. Travel may occur to any manufacturing site in the United States or Canada. Participants must have valid travel documentation, including a passport. Mentorship

— Certain states require pay information in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $68,700 to $106,300 per year; base pay offered may vary by geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) is $74,883 to $115,867. Bonus payments are variable and not guaranteed.
