B.S. or M.S. in Engineering Professional Engineer (P.E.) License with reciprocity in multiple states 12+ years of related experience Technical and Project Management
Frequently serves as technical advisor for advanced concepts in an assigned area. Keep informed of developments affecting the practice and recommend project changes. Develop new techniques and improved processes. Assess sustainable performance of complex engineering projects from a systems perspective. Plan, schedule, and coordinate documents or activities for multiple major projects or entire projects within a practice. Understand project delivery uncertainties and apply risk management; ensure compliance with policies and performance measures. May serve as Project Manager for certain projects up to $50,000 per year with prior approval. Management and Communication
Supervise a staff of engineers and technicians. Provide mentoring to senior staff; foster professionalism and dependability. Apply formal strategic and persuasive communications; liaise with practice leaders, clients, contractors, and others. Benefits
