The Heating & Cooling Group, a division of The Insulation Group LLC, located in Hammonton, New Jersey, is seeking a Top Installation/Service Technician. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities: 5 Years’ experience in installation and service of High Efficiency equipment Ability to work independently without supervision Ability to oversee other service technicians Pride in workmanship Extensive knowledge in installation of high efficiency/condensing equipment, including: Experience in installation and service of: Furnaces, Boilers, Air Conditioning systems, and heat pumps Excellent customer service skills and ability to meet deadlines Valid driver’s license Must have own hand tools Ability to pass a background and drug test We offer: Pay commensurate with experience: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour to start Bonus available Medical and prescription benefits available Holiday pay Company Vehicle
