Regularly holds safety, quality, customer feedback and financial information meetings with maintenance team members Reviews safety requirements and points out potential hazards Ensures, at the start of the shift and throughout the day, the prompt assignment of technicians to specific jobs appropriate to their skills and training needs Reviews available planned job packages for completeness and correctness Confirms technicians understand what, where, how, why, and when for each job Makes tactical decisions to stay close to schedule Distributes time and materials to specific jobs with proper work order entries Initiates any necessary corrective work orders stemming from inspections or other sources What You’ll Need
Minimum 5 years maintenance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with Preventative/Planned Maintenance processes and procedures; ability to develop procedures and schedules Experience with welding machines, hydraulic equipment, mechanical equipment, pneumatic equipment and cooling systems Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and mechanical schematics Working knowledge of computers and computer software CMRP certification preferred Your Education
College, technical trade, and/or military training/education preferred Senior、ty level
