The Maintenance Manager reports to the Plant Manager and is based out of our Seabrook, New Jersey location. This individual will be responsible for a team of 4 direct reports and 24 technicians responsible for all maintenance activities in the facility, including three hot fill juice bottling/canning lines, cranberry sauce canning/bottling lines, blending operations, boiler operations, wastewater treatment, warehouse, and plant utilities. Primary Responsibilities

Manage and improve a preventive maintenance program to enhance equipment reliability, maximize wrench time, and increase operator engagement, including backlog management and planning periodic equipment overhauls. Manage the annual R&M budget, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and waste. Lead continuous improvement in regulatory programs such as Arc Flash, LOTO, Confined Space, and PSM. Oversee the development and execution of capital projects with the Plant Engineer and Leadership Team. Support initiatives in water/energy conservation, waste reduction, and plant sustainability. Perform other related duties as required. Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage 4 direct employees and 25 indirect reports. Monitor productivity, provide feedback, coaching, training, and enforce policies. Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications. Education and Experience

Strong planning, administrative, and supervisory skills. Knowledge of electrical, controls, mechanical, hydraulic, boiler, ammonia refrigeration, waste treatment, and building maintenance in a hi-speed CPG environment. 7-9 years of management experience, with 2-3 years leading a maintenance department preferred. Proven results in reliability/OEE, with knowledge of continuous improvement techniques (e.g., 5S, Lean, TPM). Experience with automated data collection and CMMS (e.g., EMaint). Understanding of GMP and food processing equipment, with bottling and canning experience preferred. Knowledge of OSHA/FDA/USDA/EPA requirements. Flexible schedule to cover 3 shifts, including some weekends. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Additional Qualifications

Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to coach, train, and multi-task. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

Work involves physical activity such as standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to environmental conditions like humidity, temperature fluctuations, noise, chemicals, and confined spaces. Job Details
