As a Control Engineer, you will provide advanced engineering solutions to support our Electrics & Controls teams. You will act as the bridge between our Advanced/Innovation team, Thermodynamics group, and Application & Equipment Control teams to develop and implement cutting-edge control strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Algorithm & Feature Development
Design new functional algorithms and features using both basic state charts and advanced techniques such as Modified PI controllers, Feedforward controllers, Model Predictive Control and System Identification.
Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation.
Implementation & Testing
Implement algorithms, features, and logics using the MATLAB / Simulink / Stateflow toolchain.
Conduct simulations and validation tests to ensure robust control system performance.
Integration & Prototyping : Support control integration into products and rapid prototyping platforms.
Data Analysis & Optimization : Analyze field test data and fine-tune algorithms to improve system performance.
Strategic Alignment : Contribute to the validation of the control roadmap within the overall business strategy.
Profile
Education : Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience) in Automation, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering, with a strong interest and background in control engineering.
Career Aspiration : Motivated to pursue a technical career path and grow as an expert in control engineering.
Technical Knowledge :
Solid understanding of automation and control technologies and systems.
Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow.
Familiarity with C and some scripting languages are highly desired.
PLC, SCADA, IoT, HMI, Infotainment, or UI-UX experience is
not
relevant to this role.
