Confirms Tooling Specifications:

Consult with customers, Sales Engineers, and Supervisors to plan tooling requirements, provide recommendations, study blueprints, and diagnose tool malfunctions to suggest adjustments. Communicates with Customers:

Maintain regular contact, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide test data, observations, and corrective measures to improve tool performance. Performs Administrative Duties:

Submit reports, manage sample and expense accounts, and perform other duties as directed by management. Skills and Experience

Associate’s degree from a two-year college, vocational or technical school, with 2-4 years of experience or equivalent training. Experience working in a CNC environment and competency in CNC machining. Experience in the cutting tools industry or similar. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and resource management skills.
