Due to continued growth and expansion, we’re hiring Billing Specialists to join our administrative and accounting department

Job Details
Generate accurate and timely invoices based on completed field work and service documentation
Review daily work reports, service tickets, and timesheets for billing accuracy
Communicate with operations teams to verify job details and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized billing records and ensure all client documentation requirements are met
Support month‑end closing activities and assist with reporting as needed
Coordinate with accounting and project management to track outstanding payments and billing milestones
Qualifications
2+ years of billing, accounting, or administrative experience (construction, utilities, or service-based industry preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
Proficiency in Excel and general accounting software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
