Senior Electrical Engineer

will take hands-on responsibility for designing, testing, and optimizing both analog and digital circuits to support new product development and enhance existing energy storage products. You will be the go-to technical owner for complex PCB designs and mixed-signal systems.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of analog and digital circuit designs, from concept through prototype, testing, and production.

Design advanced PCBs for Power Supplies, Battery Chargers, and Battery Management Systems with a focus on precision analog and digital circuitry.

Create, simulate, and validate complex mixed-signal circuits using SPICE, MATLAB, and other simulation tools.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve technical challenges in both analog and digital domains using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DAQs, DMMs).

Lead Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) and Critical Design Reviews (CDR), ensuring designs meet technical, cost, and schedule objectives.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate designs into final products and meet rigorous quality standards (DO-160, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461).

Develop detailed test plans, reports, and acceptance procedures for analog and digital modules.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on analog and digital circuit design experience, including power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC converters, battery chargers).

Proven ability to own designs end-to-end, from schematics to validation and final product testing.

Expertise in analog and digital design, including PWM control, Power MOSFETs, and IGBT technologies.

Familiarity with EMI/EMC principles and mitigation techniques.

Proficiency with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and DMMs.

Strong knowledge of SPICE and MATLAB for circuit simulation.

Experience designing to meet DO-160, MIL-STD-704, and MIL-STD-461 standards.

C/C++ experience for embedded systems is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
