Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and motivated engineer to join our sales team, focusing on expanding business with existing customers and developing new clients. The role involves applications engineering, sales support, outside sales, and field service work. Candidates should be comfortable in a result-driven, fast-paced environment. The position includes extensive formal training and mentorship to develop skills and understanding of our products, market strategies, application engineering processes, and business development. Primary Job Responsibilities

Provide application engineering and design support for HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs. Collaborate directly with engineers, contractors, end-users, and food service dealers. Perform inside sales support, application engineering, outside sales, and field service tasks. Conduct presentations, prepare quotes, submit technical documents, support products, visit job sites, and troubleshoot as needed. Promote CaptiveAire products through calls, meetings, presentations, and demos. Research and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Deliver excellent customer service and go above expectations. Maintain quick turnaround times. Some travel for training; remote work from Port St. Lucie is possible. Required Skills

2-5 years of experience preferred. 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or science-related field preferred. Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills. Problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning. Customer interface skills. Open to new technologies and business strategies. Proactive, ambitious, and willing to travel for training.
