What to Expect
Serve as the primary technical contact for Zoom's highest-tier customers, providing expert consultation on web and mobile development
Quickly resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and success
Build and maintain effective relationships with customers through excellent communication
Support complex technical situations for Elite customers, leveraging your technical expertise
Demonstrate full-stack web development skills by assisting in the creation of high-quality user interfaces
What is Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or developer advocacy
Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, both spoken and written
Experience in full-stack web development and a solid understanding of web technology stacks, including TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful API
Proficiency with modern frontend technologies such as Node.js, React, Vue.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS3
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks, such as Flutter or React Native
Knowledge of native Android and iOS development is a plus
