The Customer Reliability Engineer must leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know-how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world-class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions to assigned customer accounts. Learn and understand engineering processes related to power generation, oil and gas, and mining industries, utilizing the experience of the greater IPRC team when necessary. Understand rotating and process equipment related to power generation, oil and gas, and mining industries, leveraging team expertise. Master cutting-edge predictive analytics software and tools. Manage customer expectations and satisfaction effectively for assigned accounts. Desired Characteristics:

Experience analyzing time series data of industrial equipment. Passionate about software and technology. Ability to excel in a team environment. Computer programming/scripting skills. Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university or college. Minimum 1 year of experience in the Power Generation, Oil and Gas, mining, or related industry OR: Working knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
