Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
Operational Manufacturing Supervisor
to join our Alpharetta, GA facility. This key leadership role will drive manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a diverse team of manufacturing engineers and technicians. The position plays a crucial role in our ongoing factory optimization project, scaling operations for increased future demand.
What your day-to-day will look like
Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and engineering technicians
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices across the facility
Supervise and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
Develop and implement strategic operational excellence programs
Lead and implement critical factory optimization projects
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to achieve operational targets
Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
To thrive in this role, you have
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3+ Years Experience in Factory Digitalization
