Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment & Engineering Maintenance Conduct daily inspection and basic upkeep of production and utility equipment (e.g., compressors, pumps, air handling units, electrical panels). Support the Factory Manager in executing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues and coordinate repairs with vendors when needed. Work with Quality, R&D, and Production teams on technical requirements for new machinery, line improvements, and commissioning. Maintain spare-parts inventory and support cost‑effective replacements. 2. Facilities Coordination Oversee building systems including lighting, water, HVAC, electrical, compressed air, and fire protection. Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure timely, high‑quality work completion. Perform minor facility repairs (basic electrical, plumbing, or fixture‑related tasks). Assist with facility upgrades, space optimization, and renovation activities. 3. Cost & Vendor Management Track all engineering and facility‑related expenditures. Support Finance in preparing cost forecasts and maintenance budgets. Work with Procurement to evaluate vendor quotes and implement cost‑saving measures. 4. Safety, Compliance & Audits Ensure maintenance activities comply with WSH, ISO, and food‑safety requirements. Maintain accurate inspection, calibration, and certification records. Support external audits (NEA, SCDF, MOM) and assist with follow‑up corrective actions. 5. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and energy efficiency. Participate in sustainability projects such as energy‑saving and waste‑reduction initiatives. Contribute to small‑scale engineering projects that enhance factory performance and safety. Key Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 2 – 5 years of experience

in factory or plant maintenance preferred. Basic knowledge of electrical panels, compressors, and mechanical troubleshooting. Experience coordinating vendors and contractors for maintenance or facility work. Familiarity with WSH or ISO standards in a manufacturing environment. Strong ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently in factory settings. Good teamwork and communication skills with cross‑functional teams. Experience in

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
