Overview

Lead Threat Intelligence Specialist with global security focus in the ADP Global Security Organization (GSO) Converged Security Services (CSS) Team. The team delivers risk assessments, physical protection, threat intelligence, open-source monitoring and intelligence analysis to ensure the safety of ADP Associates and interests worldwide. The role involves intelligence collection, threat management, risk analysis, business resiliency and executive protection support. The Global Protective Intelligence Specialist monitors source information to proactively identify and assess risks and threats to ADP personnel and assets. Responsibilities include research, data analysis, threat assessments, and disseminating intelligence to support investigations, events and executive protection functions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to synthesize intelligence from multiple sources into clear, actionable risk assessments for the Executive Protection Team, ADP Events Team and GSO Investigations, domestically and overseas. The role includes OSINT investigations, internal and external persistent threat monitoring, social media sentiment analysis and database-driven intelligence gathering. This is a full-time role with typical daytime hours, with after-hours work possible, and some travel may be required. Responsibilities

Analyze and monitor travel risks, event security, and executive protection to ensure safety of personnel and operations, including research of international locations, crime trends, political stability, and travel safety at hotels, venues, and transportation options. Communicate with GSO CSS team members, Executive Protection Agents and stakeholders to identify, investigate, analyze, and manage online threats to executives, employees and facilities. Conduct research through OSINT, social media, and internal databases to support protective intelligence and mitigate risk. Use advanced tools to monitor and mitigate risks; lead evaluation and improvement of open-source collection methods. Provide concise, timely reports, briefings, and actionable recommendations for risk mitigation and threat assessments tailored to stakeholder needs. Research emerging threats and assess their impact on personnel and assets; identify international security risks including political movements, terrorism, espionage, public health, and infrastructure challenges. Lead information collection on crisis situations and emerging threats; communicate findings to stakeholders. Conduct due diligence inquiries related to vendors, suppliers and event venues. Display rigorous research methodology using open-source intelligence, proprietary databases and social media to deliver clear findings on potential threats. Build and maintain intelligence-sharing networks within the organization and with external stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners. Be part of a 24/7 team able to work assigned shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Communicate with co-workers, management, clients in a courteous and professional manner. Conduct complex analysis of suspected criminal activities; develop target packets/profiles; use systems to conduct intelligence research and criminal analysis. Plan analytical approaches and determine necessary research and resources. Conduct independent research of certain corporate policy misconduct matters. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10-15 years of similar experience providing intelligence, fraud or risk analysis in a financial or sales environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical techniques, critical thinking, excellent oral and written communications; willingness to learn and navigate multiple systems. Proven ability to collaborate effectively; initiative to improve processes and procedures. Comfortable with changing requirements and priorities; ability to adapt quickly. Experience identifying fraud and social media threats. Flexible, multi-tasking, and able to meet deadlines. Competence using open-source and/or social media tools. Knowledge of the cyber threat landscape, including AI-related risks, phishing, and social engineering. Experience leveraging technological resources for research and analysis. Excellent writing and oral communication skills. Experience working with highly confidential information. Ability to work effectively with diverse partners. Preferred Qualifications

Secondary language skills are a plus. Experience conducting due diligence investigations, fraud investigations, threat analysis; CFE, CAMS or CTM certifications are a plus. Familiarity with corporate environments, especially ADP processes and platforms. Experience managing online risk exposure. Awareness of crisis and threat management and/or fraud operations.
