Supplier Quality Engineer
to help build a world-class supply base.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, qualify, and develop suppliers through audits, FAIs, and ongoing assessments.
Lead
supplier development
initiatives to improve product quality, productivity, and cost.
Create and manage supplier quality assurance plans ensuring compliance with
ISO 9001
and
AS9100 .
Track supplier performance, analyze data, and drive
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) .
Facilitate
root-cause analysis
on nonconforming materials and lead improvement projects.
Collaborate closely with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing to resolve quality issues.
Maintain supplier documentation, reports, and audit records.
Oversee internal
Quality Management System
(QMS) audits and support certification efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
7+ years
of supplier quality experience within the aerospace or defense sector.
Strong understanding of
quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)
and tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma.
Familiarity with
aerospace manufacturing processes
and precision component standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to travel up to
40%
(domestic/international).
Preferred
CQE or CQA certification.
Experience with
advanced materials
or
jet engine components .
Knowledge of supply chain logistics in the aerospace industry.
