Overview
The University of Notre Dame's College of Science is launching a cluster hire to fill five tenure-track faculty positions in neuroscience. These positions seek outstanding candidates in cellular, molecular, or computational neuroscience and are part of a collaborative effort across multiple departments. Responsibilities
Conduct independent research in neuroscience; publish and present findings. Teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and mentor students. Engage in service to the department and university. Qualifications and Focus
Researchers investigating development, regeneration, and function of the nervous system; molecular and cellular mechanisms of health and disease, detection, and treatment. Expertise with various model systems, including non-mammalian and computational models. Collaborative Environment and Support
Interdisciplinary community within the College of Science with access to facilities and Centers/Institutes. Opportunities for collaboration with NIH-funded Indiana CTSI. Application Details
Five tenure-track roles at the rank of Assistant Professor; exceptional candidates at Associate or Full Professor level will be considered.
