Position Summary
The Data & Reporting Coordinator works directly with the Manager, Data & Reporting and departmental leadership to support quality data collection, management, and reporting systems. This role assists with collecting, warehousing, and reporting departmental data for organizational leaders and contract partners. The Data & Reporting Coordinator keeps supervisors and leadership informed of data integrity, trends, and recommended system improvements.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Position Specific:
Provide daily review, maintenance, and revision of departmental data.
Conduct data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain integrity of data warehouse, data collection protocols, and data warehousing procedures.
Assist in creation and preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports.
Identify data trends and anomalies and communicate findings to leadership.
Coordinate data reporting requirements with external funders and contract partners.
Handle troubleshooting and support of Practitioners and Supervisors collecting data.
Create and maintain documentation for data processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Respond to ad hoc data and report requests from leadership and departments.
Support end users with software support as it relates to data and reporting.
Participate in weekly and monthly Data Team and Departmental meetings.

Position Requirements
Position Specific:
2 to 4 years of experience in the same or similar role.
Experience in troubleshooting systems and resolving technical issues.
Proficient with both Mac and PC operating systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with a range of software, hardware, and spreadsheet functions.
Able to learn new software and systems quickly.
Experience with Data Studio, Salesforce, or similar software preferred.
Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing/incident management systems preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Work Environment
Work is performed in either a traditional office setting or in an office located within a shelter facility.
May involve exposure to shelter environment and the individuals served.
May involve exposure to moderate noise levels from office equipment and conversations.
Expected to work in all weather conditions.
