Overview

Warehouse Inventory Specialist at MSI. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for executing and overseeing the cycle counting process to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our product. Primary focus will be on conducting regular, systematic counts of inventory items, maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory, identifying discrepancies and implementing efficient inventory control procedures. Base pay range

Base pay range:

$19.00/hr - $22.00/hr Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents, gather and maintain all data relative to shipping activities Conduct and manage the physical inventory process of all products Monitor and/or conduct physical inventory counts, analyze variances and reconcile discrepancies. Determine the inventory difference and implement appropriate corrective actions Conduct cycle counting and complete it on a daily basis Operate equipment such as forklift, overhead crane, pallet jacks and more safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment Perform additional duties as required or requested Education and Experience

High School Education or equivalent required 1 year of inventory experience required 1-2 years of warehouse experience One (1) year of experience operating a forklift Ability to use a computer or tablet is a plus Good communication skills Good organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure Physical Demands
